Events How do I register for an event?
Open the event page and use the Register button where registration is open. Registration is confirmed by the organisers.
Events Are events open to non-members?
Many cultural and community events, including Durga Puja, are open to everyone. Check each event page for details.
Facilities Can I book the Community Hall, Club House or Multipurpose Ground?
Please send an Enquiry from the Contact page selecting the facility; the office will respond with availability and terms.

Membership How do I become a member?
To become a member, one must apply for membership, complete and submit the Online Registration Form. The Club Office will verify the submitted details, following which the Executive Committee will review the application. Upon approval, the applicant will be notified by email and granted access to the Member Dashboard. The applicable membership fee may then be paid either through the Club Office or via the Online Payment page.
Membership How do I renew my membership?
Sign in to the Member Dashboard and use the renewal option, or use the Online Payment page and select “Membership Renewal”.
Membership I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please contact the club office to have your password reset. Never share your password with anyone.
Payments Is online payment safe?
Yes. Card, UPI and bank details are entered only on the payment gateway's secure hosted page. This website never sees or stores them.
Payments I paid but my payment shows pending. What now?
Keep your reference number and contact the club office. Pending payments are reconciled by the office.
